i have the opposite problem with the post here, instead of leaving a card for any signed packages etc they just dump them unsigned for at the back door, i have had to complain many times about it and it still happens

OK, when your post arrives at 3pm everyday (an hour after delivery times should finish), disregards your opt out for the leaflets postmen are pushed to deliver (though they should refer to the opt out list), delivers RD items without bothering to knock and get signature (a paid for service) have your post left hanging out of the slot to get wet or stolen, never delivers an SD which loses you £130 you might understand my attitude, to this particular postman. The others in our area have been and are, angels, and I miss them. Think on yourself.

lol well complain, complain and complain again until addressed(no pun)
however you're talking to a human being.perhaps h/she should put a complaint in about you and then you can collect your mail from the office?
he/she could be a part timer who has received little training and comes into a poorly prepped duty every day.
now as for the time you get your mail.you say its an hour after it should arrive.
so thats an hour after the postie should be finished,no im sure they do that to annoy you and its much better than being home?
i myself often finish late,so am i bad at my job or is the duty too long? i'll let you decide on that one.
perhaps i would be better just fnishing on my time and taking any left over mail back to the office? then all those people wouldnt be inconvenienced with 'late' mail
