Free Iams Measure

Hi all,

I've been lurking for a few weeks so thought now would be a good time to join up to the forum!

Nothing too exciting, but if you're owned by a cat or dog this may come in useful:

Iams Measure

Happy scooping!

Edit: After the post below from hawkwinddotcom I feel I must apologise if this freebe might offend anyone. I must stress that I was previously unaware of any wrongdoing by Iams and simply thought this would be a nice offer to start my posting with. Sorry for any offence that may have, inadvertantly, been caused. I will leave this post for the moderators to decide it's fate.

Fenris.

The IAMS Company have funded and participated in laboratory experiments on hundreds of animals that caused kidney failure, obesity, malnutrition, liver damage, severe allergic reactions, stomach inflammation, diarrhoea, severe skin disorders, lesions, skin wounds and other painful illnesses, and animals have been kept in barren dungeon-like conditions.

Dogs have been force-fed vegetable oil, had chunks of muscle removed from their thighs, and been 'de-barked' by having their voice-boxes cut out in a painful and bloody procedure.

Well...there's nothing like a nice, friendly welcome to a forum is there?

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm 100% against animal testing and I had no idea that Iams were involved in this, but perhaps a PM would have been more appropriate?

I didn't expect a slap 'round the face after only one post. After all, I was only trying to add to the community with a freebe...

I've added a little edit to my original post so as to indicate that I was unaware of Iams testing. If the moderators feel that this offer should be removed, then that's fine.

I've never been on a forum and instantly caused a fuss! Lol! ;)

I totally agree with you, we are all being nice to each other when we want something but that comment was just out of order. I to am against animal testing but I am also against cruelty to humans. Im not trying to be nasty but when someone trys to offer something shouldn't be met like that.

    Ive ordered mine! Thanks mate!!

Not that I am pro animal testing or anything, but what these type of web sites do not tell you is that some companies test their products on animals ro make sure they are safe, other companies do not do the research so the products are effectively being tested on your pet ... think about it.
