Because I changed the title of the thread once I was informed I had to attended the police station for an interview. I could change it again, however people following the thread know the thread title.0

Stop looking for something that isn't there. Are you her ex bosses secret twin? :rotfl:0 -
What? No, i don't know her, i've just followed the thread from the start.
Your opinion is that she's hiding something - why would she be? She wouldn't gain anything from lying to us, as we can't get her the job back, nor would it be beneficial to get advice based on a false story.
You're free to doubt who you want but at least back it up with more than a lame conspiracy about the thread title.
By the way, if you're so keen to know when it was changed - post #30sexyeyes83 wrote: »I managed to get through to the officer at 2245 and he said there is nothing he can tell me over the phone and the earliest he can see me is on Tuesday. I said im willing to come to the station now but he said no. All he said was that it will be an interview under caution.0 -
Sexyeyes:"Even the MD of the company is shocked ive been linked to the incident on the adult protection system and social services and also the local police intel system."
Hi Sexyeyes - I have been following your thread from the beginning but as I couldn't help practically, haven't contributed. But - I just wanted to say that I am horrified at this latest development - I had no idea that this could happen to someone -what a disgrace - and without you even being told about it! Wishing you good luck in the future.0 -
I work as a care worker and god forbid if it happened to me but i wouldnt air it on here for all to see. there are plenty of places to seek advice from without it being public on here.:j:beer:0

Forums like this provide moral support aswell as some useful advice, and other people's perspectives. I'm sure as a grown woman she can decide whether or not it is appropriate to discuss it on a forum, so chill out!0 -

Wow, I've only just come across this thread and I'm stunned to say the least. I think your resolve and determination in sticking with this is remarkable and I wish you luck in March.
Couple of bits that might help - you mentioned that your insurances don't cover any legal help - most household insurance policies provide for around £1000 of legal help. A solicitior can do a lot for that amount and help you prepare.
As an alternative - if you're not keen on no win no fee representation because they take a percentage of your win then ask your employment solicitor about After The Event Insurance and whether you could use that to cover it. Basically its an insurance policy that pays out your costs if you lose and if you win they claim from the other side. Might not work for employment cases, but worth a look and more flexible for you.
I mention it because although you have been amazingly determined and thorough in this whole process, I think representation would be wise. It would be a shame to fall at the final hurdle after coming so far.0
