Just to clarify, at the time no mention of money was ever mentioned. I was asked to write up a report of my call that day. Which is quite common when clients are not their usual selfs.
Its only now, three years later after looking into the matter further after the PC said to my previous employer -
I had no idea there was any problems at the time. I just received a call from the office asking me to write the report.
Its not until now, 3 years later after phoning my employer from 2007 and the police to establish further details as to what he was talking about in the above quote did I find out she had any money going missing.
Even the MD of the company is shocked ive been linked to the incident on the adult protection system and social services and also the local police intel system.
Is there any way you can get the MD of the company to write a report, statement, or give evidence at the tribunal?0 -
SE, you must have been CRB checked when you applied for the care job that you are going to ET about, what did that say?? Do you have a copy?
It could not have been on there as your employer would not have employed you....!! Would they?
Are the police allowed to go around adding unproving allegations such as this without the person being aware? Anything could be added in that case. I'd certainly be complaining about this PC in question. Did he add it to try and give the other allegation more weight I wonder. Get that looked into and find out what is on your CRB.
Did you manage to get a solicitor?0 -

The new ISA will use the police "soft intelligence" and other tittle tattle/unproven allegations when making a barring decision, as registration with them will now be mandatory for employees and volunteers working with vulnerable persons, this is over and above the lack of anything adverse on an enhanced CRB which only shows convictions. This is the major hurdle for innocents wrongly suspected now, it is the elephant in the room that needs to be addressed.0 -

Im not too sure. He was happy enough to help find all the details for me, but at the same time seemed recultant to become deeply involved. Three years have passed since I worked there and I suppose it must come as a shock someone phoning up out of the blue asking lots of questions.blue_monkey wrote: »SE, you must have been CRB checked when you applied for the care job that you are going to ET about, what did that say?? Ive got my Enhanced CRB in front of me, dug it out earlier this evening! Its completely clear, absolutely nothing on it. Its dated Jan 2008, so 8 months after this incident.
I spoke with a solicitor a few months ago for an hour about the case, where he advised me of finer details, how to work out my schedule of loss and also about the discrimination claim.
Ive got an hours meeting with the Citizens advice bureau on Tuesday morning with an employment specialist and also a 30 min appointment with the Law Clinic a week on Monday.0 -

Im afraid that they can, an enhanced disclosure includes any notes that the police feel are relevant to the disclosure so if there was reasonable suspicion but not enough evidence it could well appear on an enhanced disclosure.0 -
Great, make sure your case is watertight, and don't worry about the 'lator he is feeding royally on many other threads.0
