Thanks Norman-B
I'll have to give them a go if I'm lucky enough to get a holiday ;D0 -
Try RIAS they are great. My Dad (86 with a pacemaker) got a quote for the US from SAGA for £4600 (Yes over four thousand!) for 2 weeks (gulp). RIAS have done it for £370.

Managed to get Single trip cover for 15 days for 85 year old friend with no medical problems for £72.07 from Lloyds TSB online. This was for Rest of World including USA & Canada & Caribbean. This beat the the price that the Mother-in-law got from EGG (£81.64) (Best buy on MSE listings).

I spent time and money looking for travel insurance for my parents, both in their 80's until I read your readers comments. Thankyou so much Woysyerboy, I too got them a Lloyds TSB policy for 17 days on a Caribbean cruise for £72 each.
