I have been toying with the idea of buying 3 blueberry plants this year - I think I will buy mine online - T&M have the following 3 varieties for £30
Blueberry BrigittaBlueberry ChandlerBlueberry EarliblueAre they ary good and is that expensive - seems a lot to me.

they are all good varieties - we have one of each and I'd say that Chandler give the biggest fruits - some are about marble size.

that's not actually a bad price - looking around the standard price seems to be £12.95 a bush these days

this site does a variety of Blueberry plants some from £2.88 better prices in 10s.
Maybe family and friends clubbing together would make it worth while to do.
Anyway thought I would post it here in case it was of interest to anyone.

Blueberries (Vaccinium Corymbosum) are packed full of vitamins and have been known for their medicinal properties. This ‘super’ fruit is easy to grow, and taste delicious when eaten fresh or cooked. A must for all gardens!!!! BLUEBERRY JERSEY is a popular variety for gardens producing good yields

I got one last year and it flowered then died. I was gutted, on reflection we maybe didn't water it as much as we should but I am reluctant to buy another one. Do you all keep your in a greenhouse or in the garden?

    Hi
I keep them in the garden but I've got mine in a pots with ericaceous compost - not that my soil is alkaline just so I can have them nearer to where I sit so I can eat them straight from the bush ... lazy gardening :)
