Hi,
I have read through this thread for an address for Lloyds TSB AND Bank of Scotland and found too many addresses!
I have 2 letters going of to LTSB. One for credit card charges and the other for t & c's relating to PPI. The BOS one is for PPI information on a loan that I had with them. Could someone help me with the correct addresses, please?
If you have a branch near you, pop in and ask, or post to your local branch.0 -

I have found statements from Peoples Bank Connecticut who I think were taken over by CitiBank who subsequently passed everything to OPUS.
My question being, who should I write to and to what address.
Can I also ask what would be the next step should they say they cannot find any records. I have best part of two years of statements.
Finally, when a complaint is upheld do you accept the first offer or hold out for more.
Thanks in advance,
Al0 -
Hi there,
Please can someone advise how I contact lenders to find out if I paid PPI based on the following:
a) lenders that I know I've had credit with but accounts are now closed and I have no details in my possession.
b) lenders that I have credit with and the account details.
Thanking you in advance0 -

Send the info to
Opus Card Services
PO Box 136

Look at the website for more info as your account may have been transferred.
If you do win, accepting the first offer will depend on what PPi you paid and what they are offering.
Please post any more questions on the link below, you will get all the help you need there

If you need any more answers regarding reclaiming then please post on the link I gave the previous poster.
You contact those that you know you had credit with and ask if they can find your accounts, for those that you have account details for, then make the claim if you have reasons for mis sell, if you need to know if you had PPI then just ask them.0 -
Hi All,
Been looking for a while now, but can't find an address for Mothercare Store Card reclaiming.
We had a card from c1997 to 2005 and I'm sure there was some insurance charge per month.
So could really do with some help finding which address to write to.
So Far MBNA £5600 Reclaimed no quibble, Halifax £3660 after initially being declined, but wrote to tell them that I disagreed with their decision and threatened FSO
Thanks for all your support:j0 -
