By hook, crook and hangover I am dong a Wiltshire walk tomorrow. Along with my rucksack and camera, I will carry some thoughts of you. By mile 2, those thoughts will be on holiday. Not on a pretty beach I know. But far enough away that the humdrum crap that life throws at you shrinks in to oblivion.

I will do you a postcard.

    Take care.

Thankyou LM.....few piccies would be looovvveeely!!

I shall be digging on the allotment....although I have a picture from the side of my plot that is over the Derbyshire hills . Shall try & cut & paste ( if it works) & post.

    Enjoy your walk!!

ooh i'll give it your love angel as i'll be there next friday/saturday. going to trundle up snowdon for the first training walk before we do the 3 peaks properly. hope we have weather like we've had this week.

Hi to everyone else too, Lensman glad to hear today went well and glad you had such lovely weather.

Take care walking up there Haley....the paths are eroding very quickly. I think they now won`t even allow dogs because its so dangerous underfoot.

I would love to do the 3 peaks.....done Kinder Scout ( near me) but when I worked in Leeds I missed out on the option to do the 3`s.

Just be careful on Snowdon....take a camera it really is stunning!!!!

    Hi TK

Strangely more cows than sheep....& some baby cows at the mo....ahhhhh!

Is the Solent Southampton?....was at West Quay recently (not shopping as got no money!!!) & had a minor panic attack in that glass lift!!!!!

I so need sunshine preferably on a spanish beach or even a private yacht if anyone has one to spare for a week perhaps???;)....well I can keep trying!!;)

  • I'm quite certain half the posters on this board have private yachts!

I'm to the East of Scumhampton (how to alienate myself), West Quay is pretty good when you have some cash, much of our interior is from John Lewis over there. You want to try the glass floor in the Spinnaker Tower...
