Glad you got some digging done. Like I said earlier, an investment.

Don't know about a 5k run:eek: Can cycle, swim and walk but never could run more than 100m. Used to swim 1k 3 times a week, did that for years. Too expensive now though, hence the walking.

I spent an hour doing my ironing and now we are off to spend the day out. I'll be back when we get home.

I just had to wait in for the shopping to be delivered - not as extravagent as you think, I got free delivery!! Now I'm just feeding the kids and then I think we'll go out for a little if I can drag my eldest away from the XBox!!!

Good thanks. Had a walk this morning (no postcard) and went to a car boot. Bought a pedometer for 50p... bargain Watched racing on the TV.

It clouded over about 2:00 here.

Nice. I looked on at the beach fishers this morning and was nearly motivated enough to buy a rod & reel from a stall in the car boot. This morning was perfect weather for it.
