I am glad to see that you have a bit of time to deal with this SSA. And it will be adjourned to your local court. AND that the proper context has prevailed after the initial panic.
The power of MSE strikes againIt's always good to see that happen...
Thanks Jim,
I`m glad your Nans `day` went well. It should be a celebration & I remember my Nans & someone saying how much she would have loved seeing everyone there laughing & smiling with her....she was such a character.
Anyway...my depression does`nt make letters out of the blue any easier to bear. Had a weepy afternoon but for me its about understanding my options....this place gives me that support. God knows how people manage alone!
Keep seeing 5YPs avatar & really need a holiday....last one was 2002 !!0 -
Thanks FYP.
Yes, it was a lovely day. Warm sunshine, a gentle breeze and Spring in overdrive.
A day for the thanking of blessings.BSC No 248

I'm going camping over the bank holiday weekend - going with some friends so got a discount on pitch fees. My camping stuff is either donated or I've had it some time - the cooker is over 25 years old! Just felt the kids deserved a break and I might get a chance to relax and forget about BR for a few days.BR 08/06/09 ED 10/03/10BSC member 2500

Hi Late
I`ve not done camping but used to caravan when kids were young. Something nice about waking up in the fresh air & a change of scenery.
My favourite place was a small Forestry Commission campsite in North Wales...at the base of Snowdon. One day I will go back it is a truly tranquil place....apart from the noisy sheep!!!:D:D0 -
Thanks, got to get the last few bits sorted this weekend. Just been pumping up the airbeds to check they stay up over night - don't fancy sleeping on the floor!BR 08/06/09 ED 10/03/10BSC member 2500

SSA.
By hook, crook and hangover I am dong a Wiltshire walk tomorrow. Along with my rucksack and camera, I will carry some thoughts of you. By mile 2, those thoughts will be on holiday. Not on a pretty beach I know. But far enough away that the humdrum crap that life throws at you shrinks in to oblivion.
I will do you a postcard.
Take care.
