    LOL I bet Phils secretly missing us too ;):D:D... Wonder what he`s doing with all this `free` time he`ll have.

    you just need to warm up a bit! i'm like that after a couple of weeks off work, never mind 18 months! you'll be back into it in no time...

    of course phil is missing everyone :D lol i bet he's desperate to help someone and post his pictures! xx

    nervousmother...it's so frustrating with modern cars when something hitech goes awry....with an old car, it would have been something simple like a bust throttle cable, cost £2.50!

    you have my sympathies at this time.....

    much to be said for drivng a really old car.....even though it may poisen our grandchildren!
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • Thanks alastairq.. after doing some research and talking to other owners of this make, it would seem that this is a common problem, so much so there has been calls for them to do something about it. It also seems it can be various causes something to do with the throttle or black box? cars are beyond me.. but I have lost confidence in it, I will get it repaired and sold.. should be able to get something for the same price.
