  • The garage does not even know what is wrong with it yet... driving to work then about halfway it seemed to start loosing power, although still moving i could not get the speed past 20 miles per hour with my foot flat down! then I had to get up a hill.. about half way up it stopped moving, the engine was still running but when i put my foot down it just beeped at me.. 3 nice men in business suits pushed it to the top of the hill.. then had to wait for rescue.. but i can bet it will wipe out my 'water rebate money' I had put to one side for christmas.. im so annoyed.

would have prefered a £80 clamping fee...
  • garage just called, the fault is something to do with the throttle and harness it think, he tells me the part alone is £287 inc vat.. but then i have his labour to pay... :-( im off to sulk now. glad i had not spent all the water money.. back to prostitution to get the kids some presents.. at least i wont have to inform the or as i have no ipa.. (joke never been a prostitute but would understand why some would turn to the oldest proffession, dont wish to offend anyone) anyway off to sulk....

Awwww BLTN.....lots of group huggles Hun:grouphug::grouphug: go easy on the `bottle`. Where`s Phil when we need him with his vodka (water) dispenser picture!!!

I started work this week... I thought I was a bit better....but my concentration is awful & I`m not sure I have done the right thing :o:sad:
  • NM sorry to hear about the car.....typical Friday 13th !! Hope you got home before all this torrential rain started!

My house sale went through today & I feel oddly un-cheerful....one less creditor to shout at me. I really think I did the right thing trying to sell but it has sapped more of my sanity than I realised.

Can I have a very large lime cordial & sparkling water please?

aww BLTN that's awful... what's up with your boss then?! wonder why big chip on their shoulder...hopefully when they see you can do the job and you're a decent person they'll leave you alone - but that's no excuse! there's a manager at our place who is GHASTLY to new employees, i guess she just wants to stamp her authority - i can think of better ways.
hi so sad..has it been a tough week? my memory is going, i can't remember when i took my tablets, if i took them, what plans i've made etc, my mum reckons it's because of the stress of br etc i feel like a batty old lady :(
