Morning guys. Can I ask you a question? If I don't like the wording or the aura of a post i.e. feel the poster is having an underhand dig at an OP can I press the abuse button? Will that post then be deleated or will I get into trouble for wasting time over tiny niggles that I have.

I want to post here, I want to help but i'm no longer able to feel that it's a happy 'community' or feel the need to stick up for unhappy or vulnerable people and I definatly don't ever want to be drawn into anything other that a healthy debate. I've realised that there's just some nasty people out there, wanting to make themselves look big at the expense of other posters.

I was a frequent poster on here so I guess people think i'm strong but i'm very much far from it, I'm sensitive and BR is still very raw. I spent most of Sunday sobbing over my life and where I am now, when i'm feeling good i'm fine when I've had a sleepless night due to personal comments about me on here I wake wake up worn, depressed and at the worst, in a state.

Like I said I want to post but i'm not going to argue or come across as high and mighty trying to uphold decency or correcting wrong advice. I'm just not strong enough for the backlash. Can I use the Abuse button for little jibes? Or should I just ignore it but sit here worrying that an OP who is wracked with worry endure jibes.

Thanks fermi, I've reported already this morning. Why do we bother sometimes. I'm trying to ignore what is happening right now but i'm sitting here blumin bothered by it - it's not my problem, how do you switch off people?

It's sad you feel this way, I wasn't party to what has been going on and didn't see the thread. I can only imagine what has gone on to make you feel this way.

We are all different, I for one would crack my knuckles and get typing:D but I'm a natural argumentalist and will happily debate until the cows come home.

Having said that there is a big difference in reasoned argument and just resorting to spiteful jibes that intimidate and upset others. That's never ok, I would suggest you report such posts and move along until it's dealt with. It's not fair and you shouldn't have to put up with it but it's an open forum and there will always be those who want to stick the boot in and cause waves.

Opinions are such, and I'm heart sorry this has got out of hand and mad you so upset.

It is still a friendly community IMHO but it's not guarded and as such we should always exercise some caution.

I hope this doesn't come across as condescending, and I hope you bounce back from it soon x
