But some of you are friends and you need to know that my Nan died this afternoon.
The world is a smaller place today for losing her. But that is, well and truly, life.
God bless my Nan.
Sorry to hear that, Jim.
I'm pleased, at least, that you have 'happy memories' to remember her by.
God bless your Nan.
And feel free to be as 'grumpy' as you like.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

DFW Nerd # 166 PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTS0 -
One of these before bed, I expect an another restless night is on the cards for me, recieved a default notice today for a joint loan I had with EHTB now his problem, but they are asking for £800 by the end of the month, which is now going to fall to him.. *sits back and waits for the backlash*BSC No: 2450 -
Slight change of subject (not deliberate BTW) but just logged into one of my Ebay accounts (which I haven't logged into for ages) and discovered something quite odd ... may explain a few things now. Suffice to say it had me registered in India! Looks like someone has been hacking it. Least that may clear that up now.
Anyway, was gonna say, be as grumpy as you like. I am most of the time; well, not all the time.
When I saw that MASSIVE bottle then I wanted to throw a glass into a fire I actually don't have but you get the picture?Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

ouch, but at the end of the day its no lnger your (financial) worry, as for any backlash, if you have only just recieved a default, that means very little in real terms, but yor ex needs to deal with it, maybe suggesting you point hi our way is not a good idea thogh:o:pThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….0 -

He has been paying his half of the loan, obviously I haven't been paying mine.. He was aware of this but also thought that I would pay off the arrears and pay my half of the loan until it finishes in two years.. There is no chance of this, I do not like dropping him in it so to speak but it was his idea for me to go BR so he only has himself to blame
My suggestion to him was that he got the outstanding balance of the loan, about £8000, re-evaluated and new payments agreed that he can afford, but he wasn't that impressed
It's not my problem, and there is nothing I can do about it, but I do feel guilty..BSC No: 2450 -

I like Horlicks. When I get it. Usually it's that cheap stuff that looks like Horlicks, you have to shovel spoonfuls into it just to get it to look not like dishwater.
Been eating vanilla icecream (again) with sticky toffee cheesecake. So now I am paying for it because I am pre-diabetic. By having a massive sugar hit so slightly hyperactive like I've eaten several Mars Bars.
Then there's the pizzas, KFC (rarely) and vinegar. All things I like to eat, but not doing me much good. But, enjoy life whilst you can really.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own.
