'they' (as in the or's office) didn't speak to me at all on the day & i didn't even see the Judge, too busy i s'pose. But i did get a call the following day. Not a worrying call though they were just checking up on a few things :)

I'll take your advise BAAB and ignore it while I'm out if its not a number I recognise (they can leave a message). They'll have to do that if they phone any day other than Monday as I'll be back at work and I'm not allowed my phone on me during work.

Right I'm off to remove all the paperwork from my bed so I can actually go to sleep!

Night all, sleep well and wake refreshed.

Cold in the Midlands too. I can't do my garden, the tomato plants have had a soaking for 2 days but look ok. I was going to plant out some beetroot and courgette but that will have to wait, they should be fine for another day though. Bloody islands, still I suppose we should be lucky living in Britain, no snakes, no polar bears or lions, the perfect climate for growing different stuff.

It's a bit 'chilly' here - not what you'd call 'cold' - still we had a good summer last week, so mustn't (but will) grumble.

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
