    Nettles are also a good diuretic don't ya know - weight loss here we go! No nettle spritzer for me tho bartender, not tonight :D

    Right Flower....so if I wander up and down my plot getting stung by nettles will I lose weight?? ....not that I need to lose much...but then maybe I could eat lots of chocolate:j:j:D:D

    Well, not much chance of any Ikeas round here. :D I usually get a bottle in Sainsburys at Xmas. Don't know if they sell it year round, never looked. I like putting coke with it.
