Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

    PS
Stinging nettles are also purported to be good for arthritic pain - you just have to grab a bunch & lash yourself with them. 'Tis true.

Put it this way, someone just smashed my right knee cap in with a sledgehammer. Then when I merely moved it, had a flaming dizzy spell, then it felt like a lorry had rammed into it. Not had it for ages. :D

Though that may be because I was putting up images of guns earlier on here. Which is against my peaceful nature ... so I get a reminder. lol

Don't last very long, do they? Bodies. Warranty runs out fairly quickly. ;)

Oh, well, might get a better one next time round. You never know. ;)

No garden, so no nettles. Gone are the days of my parents really large garden with orchards, paved garden area *that was just the back garden* and the front garden or large area more like had loads of small trees, pathways leading up to the front of the house (always overgrown), woods next door with a load of things growing wild in there. Or I'd nip out and get some. :D Except it always scared me at night in the dark, as we lived outside the main village in an isolated area, no lights from street lights except the very dark lane bottom of the driveway ... Loved living there, wished it hadn't gone so long ago now but at night, on my own. I wouldn't really go outside, particularly not into those woods. Never sure why, but just wouldn't. Never felt safe.

I used to use that spray stuff or the roll on pain relief. Very good that stuff, except it makes your skin burn for ages afterwards. Tolerable, far preferable to the pain.
