Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

    popped in for a nightcap..

Good luck with everyone and upcoming BR's

Hope everyone else is keeping well.
NR have not sent a letter or made a phone call since repossessing our house last year, I know it has sold leaving no idea how much but in the region of £120k shortfall (depends on how much they added on!)

I thought I would have had a letter... would have liked to have photocopied it framed one copy and sent back the other with my own writing on it....

    Hi NM.....ouch £120k !!

My 60k is based on my latest offer. If it goes to auction in this area (Derbyshire) I think the shortfall will be similar to yours!!!!

If I ever dared to think that there was any potential way of avoiding BR....then I know now that there is`nt. Oh well.

May need a second horlicks tonight!!

Ouch NM, missed that one. I actually got my letter about removing my possessions form the house AFTER it had been sold! NR are not quick about anything are they? :rotfl:
