Hi Merry
Saw your post earlier....you sound very organised Hun & ready for the start of the week.
I shall join you in a vanilla tea....sounds lovely.
Have you settled in the new place now?

Think I'll join you. Achieved loads today - including a spotless, well relatively clean, house (amazing what you can do when you don't have a 3 year old under foot!). I'm now chilling with a glass of a cheap, slightly fizzy white plonk!

The new place feels so much like home. We're all incredibly relaxed and chilled, it's peaceful and I can't think of the last time I felt at peace. In the mornings, I sit outside and have a cigarette and a cup of coffee or tea, and just feel blessed. I really really hope the landlord lets us stay.

That's lovely Merry, glad to hear you're settling in so well. It makes a real difference just knowing the kids are happy and settled.
I felt like that when I moved where I am now, no more worries about the house being repossessed from under me - leaving me and the kids homeless. I've still got boxes as I've not enough furniture but I'm happy and the kids are too.BR 08/06/09 ED 10/03/10BSC member 2500 -

I was looking through old photos today and I really miss those days - mine are now 17 (next month) and 18! Although I enjoy the stage they are now, nothing compares to when they were little.

I love my daughter being this age although she's a stubborn little lady. Her big brother is 14 now and I hardly see him - he's on his Xbox a lot - but I do still get the occasional hug from him and he's helpful occasionally! :rotfl:BR 08/06/09 ED 10/03/10BSC member 2500

Nice to see you SSA Glad you have been off having a good time.

Merry, it is good to see you now have a home to go to. Even if it is short lived, it makes such a difference. Hopefully, it won't be though... Rents are getting smaller by the day and that only benefits established tenants.BSC No 248
