Hi Nyk
I'd like to join in the challenge, not sure if I'll be able to do it but I am certainly hopeful. I currently have £15 in a separate account, so I will start today with that (a bit sneeky but to feel that I am already off the mark helps!). I have set up an ebay account so will try that. LB 22/2/09 Debt at LB £46216.64 Debt now £42657.28 Paid off £3559.36/£46216.64 (7%)CTax arrears paid £1341.72/£4821.85 (£3480.13) 28%:eek:Pay off £15K by Xmas '09 £3559.36/£15000 24%£1000 in 100 days £45/£10000 -
Finished last challenge on £2280.45
Not gonna do this next one, as spending far too much time on MSE, and not enough working! Still carrying on with my £20 a day though.
Good luck everyone xMarried 19th May 2011 to the love of my lifeCross Stitch Cafe Member Number 44CSC Challenge - to complete LEGS by end of December

hi...
Is there any room in this challenge for little old me?!
I could really really do with making this amount of money, not sure if its do-able, but I'll give it a shot!
I'd like to save the money towards our hols on 1st august, and pay a couple of our smaller debts off too.
I do the daily scratchcards, do you add them to your total when you cash them? or just when you scratch them?96 items decluttered so far in 20130 -
Hi everyone
Can i join please? I have been waiting for this challenge to start for a few weeks, I have an argos bill of £1000 due the end of July and it would be fantastic if I could clear it before the interest free period ends (if i don't pay it they will backdate interest for a year at 29.7% - so the bill will go up £297 overnight!!. So I will start selling on ebay/amazon, do reviews and daily clicks. Good luck everyone. Thanks.

Hi, just wanting to say thanks and welcome to all the newbies, thanks to those who have posted final scores from previous challenge and sorry to see you go, Bikerchick. You did really well last time but I know what you mean about time and MSE, I get a bit carried away in the forums at times and then realise everything I should have done still needs doing at midnight! I've updated post 1 to reflect the various changes.
This time around, I am hoping to win a little via scratchcards, get some cashback, sell a few surplus plants, fruit, veg and free range eggs and maybe even sell something on eBay/eBid. I haven't much left I can sell, that's the problem. I'm doing this to neutralise all my excess spending that occurs outside of my normal household budget. However, I set the figure at £1000 in 100 days as that's approximately what it costs to fill an ISA, it's also what I reckon I could live on if I really had to, so it would make me financially self-sufficient. Long way to go yet, as I still haven't succeeded, so I'll be happy if I can catch up to neutralise all my excess spending since 1st January. I'm now currently £497.06 short, as I went shopping today and ended up buying more stuff for my garden and for the pets/livestock.
Day 1 almost over and I haven't earned a penny extra.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Hi all, I had some issues that made me drop out of the last one but I intend to give this a good go. I don't expect to get anywhere near a grand but whatever I do get will be a bonus.Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000

This is my first challenge - but I'm off to a good start I did a MS for £15 and I found a penny. I have also had two sales on ebay today but need to work out the fees before I count them. Hopefully I can continue in the same vein.Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳
