Yep, I notice the same smart-alec attitude in many threads. Puts you off posting in the first place.

I agree also.

I do think River Island staff are quite rude I asked in a store recently for some shoes in a size 3 and the assistant looked at me like I was mental and said "we do no stock size 3 shoes and never will" (well that doesn't sound too rude but you should have heard the way she said it. As if I was the world biggest freak for having size 3 feet. She also gave me a lovely look of disgust to go with it. I couldn't believe it.

Even without hearing her tone of voice, that comment still strikes me as rude.
