i went for the nokia 5140i on 12 months free with orange 1000 off peak (non x-net)
all the literature over the email i received confirmed this.
however i have just received the rest of the information from my parents (as i am living at uni and they don't currently deliver to uni addresses etc)
and it states that they have put me on the 9month free 1000 off peak xnet
not very happy at all
i have tried to contact them several times, and i have have had to hang up after waiting 40 mins and getting to no one one time. today when i rang up 'all their systems were down' they said they would call me back i still have not received any response, and i am just off to 2 more hours of lectures.
i am a busy student with a pretty packed schedule so it is hard to find enough time to call them and wait in the call queue, especially when it normally is about 20-40 mins wait!!!
any advice on what i can do, as it is past the 7 days distance selling act, because of it not being able to be sent directly to me.
i have had the first bill from orange already (and that is what alarmed me when my mum rang me up). they have made a first class c*ck up on this.
i will see if they can give me £75 to cover the extra 3 monthst that i will have to pay or whatever i can get. but no doubt this will then affect my quidco cash back
Cheers
Ian
