Is it just me or is anyone else having problems logging on to their on-line t mobile account. I must have tried at least 8 times since yesterday!

Have you actually managed to log in to your account? I can get onto the t mobile web site, but when you enter the details it says web-site not found! I have tried 2 computers and my phone!0

Been using t-mobile.co.uk on the 2 work laptops, and on here, all fine, and logged into My-T-mobile fine. Also ordered a couple of SIMs in the meantime, all seems fine.~*Cerenia*~

I often have this problem, its terrible.
If i use my t mobile dongle it wont work but if i use my gf vodafone modem i get on straight away.
Iv complained loads of times and just keep getting told its a problem with my laptop.. Even though its the same on three different computers.0 -
I'm so glad it's not just me. I am trying to connect using my t mobile sharedock(dongle) at the moment because we are away. It will access eveything else, but not the log-in page! Very Strange! I will have to try when I get back home.0

Wonder if its a problem with using the t mobile dongle to log in then.
Try ringing customer services and complaining because they keep telling me no one else is having the same problem.
On a side note it only started doing it after I carried out the firmware update.0 -
I haven't done any updates at all. I think I will give them a ring.0

Might be worth me adding - I use a T-mob dongle as well.~*Cerenia*~
