To be fair I have stayed in many Holiday Inns, Expresses and Hilton and never yet had a problem. Except a while ago in a Holiday Inn where there was a leak in the bedroom but I was upgraded immediately with profuse apologies.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. To be fair I have stayed in many Holiday Inns, Expresses and Hilton and never yet had a problem. Except a while ago in a Holiday Inn where there was a leak in the bedroom but I was upgraded immediately with profuse apologies.
It was the one at the NEC and the staff were totally uninterested, it was late they had no spare rooms and I had no choice but I won't be going there again or to anyother hotel in the chain.0
