Thanx for the code but I just went through the site added he stuff to my basket went to check out and find I have to pay £4.95 delivery so it looks like they have done away with the free delivery over £30 then? The order comes up to just over £60 but I did not check out because there are other places I can get the free delivery with unless anyone knows a way to get free delivery here?

i pressed thanks by accident - ooops!

i bought codes off somebody online and tesco cancelled my order! they gave the points back to the seller then i had to wait until the next clubcard mailing for her to order me something else then post it on to me. but it's worked for some people i think, maybe i was unlucky.

Used code for 1500 extra points for wine (valid until 19 Nov) on the 16 Nov, and the order confirmation had the 1500 points on, but its just been delivered and the 1500 points is not on the delivery note, it says I earned 58 points this visit.

Does it matter that the delivery was after the 19 Nov? I thought it was when the order was placed. There were no delivery slots available before the 19 Nov.

Can anyone tell me if you can use the same vouchers posted on here for Tesco Groceries and Tesco Direct ?

I am thinking about geting a camera from Tesco Direct and so looking for a code to get a discount

No, there have been problems with this code, points have not been posting automatically, I believe if you phone CS there will add points manually or tell you they will be added by Feb statement.

I am confused!
I have received my clubcard vouchers with the extra points vouchers to use in store, but one of my accounts is a virtual account set upon tesco website for online orders and I dont have a card for it.
So how do I use the extra points vouchers?
Can i just use them with a different clubcard?

Quick question on substitutions.

I placed an order well over £50 (£5 off £50) used. Some alcohol made the bulk of the £50 as it was on offer, they substituted with more expensive booze which was not on offer and I was not at home to reject it so now need to take it back to the store.

The two questions are.

If the driver had taken them back, would he have just refunded the bottles and left the £5 discount alone?

If I take them back in store will they refund and also take my £5 away too.

I'm not being greedy, as I say there is not much left after the booze is taken out and the £5 covers the delivery, otherwise its really not worth paying the delivery on the small order thats left and I would be better rejecting the lot.

Its bad enough I now have to drive a 20 mile round trip to Tesco's, I did not know but apparently I could have said no substitutions in the notes.

Hi, I want to buy an 'Olive' magazine sub as a present using clubcard vouchers. I've never done this before so could someone please explain in layman's terms how this works and what to do.

Also, I vaguely remember seeing that if someone refers a clubcard holder who hasn't yet bought a deal and they then do so, that both people get clubcard points as an incentive (hope that makes sense). Is this the case? If so how does it work and does someone want to refer me and get points?

you can use your clubcard from your main account, just use your key fob so they dont notice the different name

I did a wine order 2 days ago and used a 1000 extra points voucher.

I went back into the same account this morning and I had a 1500 extra points code sat there, which I hadn't previously banked. I checked my 2nd online account and that too had a 1500 extra points code sat in there.

Anyone else come across this?
