I don't blame you it was lovely, a bargain and close

You won't get points when spending voucher thou... will you??We need a new garden shed. I've just gathered together all the Tesco Clubcard vouchers we have and we've got £48.50. Not sure whether to spend them at Tesco Direct on the shed (and it's double points this weekend too)
hmm HB planned no bag yet - 32+4 weeks oops!searching_me wrote: »MM i need to do one of them .... i know im having a HB but MW did say just incase now that im 31 weeks i really should already have one

You should have seen my mum's face when I said I was thinking I'd have baby in the lounge not on bed upstairs  :rotfl:
I meant to say yesterday, cramp is often lack of salts but when I say salts its not shake on ur chips salts it the same stuff you lose in sweat sometimes classed as electrolytes ie magnesium, potassium and sodiumtara, thanks for info on milk for cramp.. will give that a bash - don't seem to drink milk very often these days.. too used to saying yes to OH's offer of a cuppa!
calcium is used by the body to transport and or use said salts which is why along with stretches and keeping hydrated you should make sure you are not deficient in any of these (I drink sports drinks every now and then to stop cramp and it seams to be working - Gatorade and lucozade hydro active type).
Also phosphorus inhibits part of the process so you should avoid too much of it (main cause of too much phosphorus is fizzy drinks like cola)

You mean pyromaniac tendenciesAh see I have a fireman with arsonistic tendencies to sort mine out..
We have an incinerator in the garden. Was £25 from Argos last summer but they've got them in Aldi next week for £20.

To all of you who would like lots of babies, I feel pants. I am nearly the size of some full term mums and getting as immobile. Have to hold bubs up when I walk for more than 30mins. We put a lot of thought into having this one as I knew it would be hard but didn't expect it this early.
Hey ho, onwards and upwards.
Sorry about the whinge, just getting fed up of having to slow down. Doesn't come easily! Too many children, too little time!!!

Oh, and while I'm moaning - I have heartburn for the first time ever. Any tips on easing it without meds as I don;t have anything in the cupboard for it? Bananas was one remedy I read about the other day but Krystaltips said they give her heartburn instead. Milk is the other one..

skinty - I hope its all ok too, my thrush refuses to go  I'm sure its partly my fault coz as soon as the itching goes I forget to keep using the cream  I'm sick of having medicines tho, I have my cream, gaviscon/tums which I take about a million times a day and lactulose coz the gaviscon makes me constipated and now I have a feeling they're gonna want to put me on iron when my bloods come back and I had protein in my last sample so I may need anti-B's
Tara: I feel for you hun, I feel soo much more tired/huge/immobile this time and it's 'only' my 2nd! xx
oh I forgot before also if cramp gets bad I think the doc's can prescribe sulphur tablets??? My friend got them for cramp last time but wasn't sure what they were when she told me

I never packed a bag for the last 2, to lazy. I also had DD3 in the lounge by choice and when people came round they would avoid the area I said I had her.:pToo many children, too little time!!!
