OH hasn't really had much to say on baby purchases so far, but the one thing he does keep saying is that he wants bright colourful things to keep baby's attention and interest. Almost all of the cot bedding I've seen so far have been rejected by him on grounds of not being bright enough!

Now that SIL has offered to paint pictures for the nursery, I'm thinking we can get neutral bedding but put the colour in on the walls and with accessories - hopefully that'll keep OH happy :)

my OH the same he just same as long as im not making myself broke or buying things we really dont need ... would i do such a thing :p x
    :)Still searching .....:)

Krystal, I like the SX one too but OH's comment was, unsurprisingly, "not colourful enough"!

I liked the Chicco ones too, had been looking at them on kiddicare before I saw the M&P one. I just prefer the colours of the M&P one, but I'm not a big one for patterns anyway.. all my clothes are all one colour, rather than patterned and that sort of thing

I like the colours of the M&P one, just prefer the price of the chicco one ;)

I have my gemagic out... Just going to jazz up my free boots changing bag... If this baby ever stops pushing down on my cervix, keeps making me whince!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

The moses basket is going on the ad trader. My carry cot (bright red) fits just nice in the stand and I like it better :D Plus, baby sleeps in carry cot, I need to go out, baby gets clipped onto the pram frame, et-voila!

And pickles on a dodgy tum is not a good idea.... :rotfl:
  • Evening ladies - great news about AM but I am very jealous!!

I have decided to stop worrying about who will look after DS2 and just see what happens. No point in worrying and the worst that will happen is that I will be alone during labour and I am sure I am not the first to go through this. As it is we have most the week covered other than tomorrow daytime and sunday daytime.

Oooo! Exciting, hope AM's doing ok! XXX

    Congratulations newmum. X

Hope you have had a lovely day Mrs M.

Regarding cramp, when I went to the chiropractor because of my neck (muscle spasms) he said I didn't drink enough milk. I find that I get more cramp if I don't keep my milk intake up, worth a try.

Evening all, hope you all had a lovely day

Well Done and congratulations New Mum looking forward to hearing the BS.

    Happy Birthday Tia!!

Emlou I dont think breastfeeding works out for everybody, but you gave it your best shot, how dare anybody patronise you or try to make you feel guilty. Take no notice, I say

AM hope your doing well and cant wait to hear your news :T

Hope you have a nice day on the east coast tomorrow Helen and get some fab weather.

Elle you probably would be best not spending your tesco clubcard vouchers in tesco direct on a shed, as on ebay you will get at least twice the face value for them, and can then buy your shed with cash wherever you like.

Anyhoo I had a lovely day, my dinner was fantastic and it was great to play with the kids today properly. It broke my heart leaving them.

I got back to the hospital at half 5, and totally zonked out on the bed, I have only woken up

Waddling off now to fix myself a cup of tea to go with my easter eggs lol.

Hi everyone, hope you all have had a nice day!!

I am back from my mums and am in the mood to do something productive, so am going to write up my list for my hospital bag for me and bubs and get it packed as I am 30 weeks on Wednesday so I think now would be a good time to do it.

Any of you have a list so I could compare and see if I have everything?

Oooh and hope AM is doing well !!!!!!!!!
