Definitely a refund - 3 pots with a date 3 days from delivery isn't really acceptable. They may offer to half refund, but stick to your guns. Also point out unhelpfulness of delivery driver - emphasise why you ordered online was because you are overdue etc and were planning on doing so after baby arrived, but may try tesco/ sainsbury etc as you know their drivers will carry in :D

She told me it might take a while to hear the heartbeat but she managed to find it straight away and it was really strong! TGFT Said it was probably slight cervix erosion from the lovin in the morning and nothing to worry about. AND was def not the plug coming away.

All's good. I'm liking this having a day off from work. Must make more time for me...

ooh sorry I didn't read properly, thought u'd had it delivered today - still if you got them instore doesn't it usually have a 7day use by?

Hah!!! My notes have so little info in it's unbelievable - I haven't been given half the leaflets I'm meant to, I haven't had any discussions about any pregnancy issues (eg bleeding, which I had several times - and texted midwife about and had no response), I've had no birth plan/ feeding discussions and there are very few details in about previous pregnancies and labour - most of which I've completed. Details about my Anti D injections aren't completed, nor are my blood results or scan details. My notes are a joke. I've seen my real m/w twice and am not due to see her again until I'm overdue Although I have an appt next week with (another) covering m/w. Good job I know what to expect, as I'm not convinced first timers are treated any differently!!

Sounds about the same as mine... I have things stuffed in my green notes that should actually be in my hospital folder and nobodies noticed... They've never discussed my blood results with me, apart from one hospital midwife saying 'your community midwife will probably give you some iron tablets because your count has dropped a lot' community midwife didn't even comment on it... Have seen my own midwife twice, both times she measured me wrong then pressured me to go to the hospital which I didn't want to do and when I got there the Dr agreed she'd measured me wrong too... At least you know when you have a covering m/w... I don't know until I walk in the door... And it was exactly the same the first time round for me too...

Is it wrong that my shopping has been here an hour and I've only managed to put the frozen away? Just about to do the meat now... But only because I want to get another chocolate muffin... And I might stick it in a bowl with some elmlea...

i guess so. Thankfully they are small pots (had one for lunch) and prob take the other 2 to the hosp when i get admitted this afternoon (fingers crossed!), as i cant really be bothered complaining - have other things to think about!! i think i had a labour contraction an hour ago but with having had nothing since - except on and off aches - i'm not going to call DH just yet

Sometimes I 'forget' to put icecream in the freezer for a few mins - then I get to 'tidy up' all the melty bits, of which there are loads! Currently addicted to haagen dazs pralines and cream (2 for £4 at waitrose)

Lol! On the day we visited parents/relatives telling them of the pregnancy, I remember being so utterly convinced I was bleeding that I "made" my DH drop me off at home after one visit, just to check my knickers!

Never tried that one mountain... But whenever I see Pralines as a flavour, I always think of Garth's line in Waynes World... 'If Benjamin were an ice cream flavor, he'd be pralines and d!ck' I think I'm a 12yo boy at heart sometimes
