I've heard it used as in fadge-ina! :eek::beer:0 -
            A gadgey here is usually a small guy in a shellsuit with a swagger and who says 'init'. Just too short to be a ned, and they don't tend to swear as much.
And also, why is it that everytime I post about my foof, it is at the top of a new page?0 -
            OK, the reason I ask, is because a foof is a flange here and a fadge is potato bread.
I asked my Welsh maternity cover guy today if he had tried wheaten bread, soda or fadge yet since he has been here and he nearly died laughing !!!
I didnt have a clue what was funny !!!!!The two best things I have done with my life

i think that may be why he takes so much offence! but i think its so funny he goes in the huff and repeats 'im not a gadgey' pmsl:D well its only taken 10 years to find something to really wind him up!! he doesnt wear shellsuits, swagger say init and is tall but hey it makes me smile:rotfl:What's for you won't go past you0 -

If you think they know it off by heart they shouldn't still be reading the same book - My mummy will be most angry with Aimee's teacher if that's the case (reading is her 'specialist subject';)) you should test her by covering the pictures or opening the book at random pages and asking her to read a certain word or find something with the same words and see if she can read it. If you like I can get the proper down low from my Mummy as we're going to an educational fair 2moKrystaltips wrote: »I'm here... But a square one will last 2yrs not 6 months...Could do with one of those for when we go visiting, I think the big square ones are too big....
I think its stoopid that people can do that usernames shouldn't be case sensitive IMHOmoney_maker wrote: »On a slightly off topic conversation... someone stole my name !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Must take a pic of the wee blanket I've done for Roo in pure cotton... Yet to decide if it's going to be a pram blanket or for drying her with
 as it's pure cotton it's great for drying with you see... but I did it in white lol!
Tia - Wish I could do that bin trick here... we live in a village so all the bins get done on the same day
 all Chris's are white - you use them to dry a clean baby
