Are you OK when you have to get your bloods done?!

To be honest, an epidural isn't bad at all ~ you can't see what they're doing for a start because they are behind you.

I can get my bloods done but i have to just talk away to myself to keep myself calm.:rotfl:
With the epidural does that mean you feel nothing at all or do you still have a bit of feeling?

You still have a bit of feeling, but no pain - at lease thats what its like with a section, as I still felt the tugging, but it didnt hurt one bit !!!!

Hi all.. I'm back

Just tucking into a cuppa and cheesecake. Baby is doing alien movements again and I doubt the cheesecake is going to settle him any but it looks so good I just have to eat it!

I couldn't feel a thing. The only thing I could feel was a little pressure when I was pushing, and a slight sting as I pushed sons head out ~ that was it - it was a piece of pish really........the only thing that's a pain is having to be monitored the whole time and not being able to get up and about, but if you want pain free, it's the way to go!
