Just gonna catch up girls!
Before I do on the subject of men and smells, my OH had lunch out yesterday, a strong curry. I spent all last night moaning that he stank and this morning complained that the house did, he said it was my sense of smell overeacting. My friend turned up at 9.30am to have kids as we had MW and she commented that we had curry last night for dinner, he went bright red, ha! How can he eat something then spend the next 24hrs giving off the smell and make me feel sick, yuk!Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Ok, bit of a whinge/rant coming up:
I'm bored out of my mind. I'm not supposed to do much walking around, and so I'm sofa surfing most of the day. I want to get some stuff done, and each time I venture out towards the kitchen to clean, or dining room to organise, I get directed (by DH or adult DD) back to the sofa. I know they're just looking out for me, and I know from experience that overdoing it means I'm in pain in the evening. But argghhhhh! I may lose my mind before August gets here!
Ok. *breathe* rant over. Thanks.MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
Morning all! I fell asleep on the sofa, woke up at 4am then went to bed until now. So needed all that sleep
Off to make a fruit salad then start on the house - OH not been called to work yet so still here for heavy lifting supervision!
Hope everyone has a good day xx0 -
Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has heard anything from feelinggood lately...she's usually on to give an update but I notice she's not been around since yesterday...
And can anyone help? I'm now 37 + 2 and the Braxton Hicks I'm getting now are starting to become quite painful...I'm also taking RL tablets (3x 640mg per day). Do you think that the raspberry leaf tab's might be making the BH more 'effective'??????

Triggles, you're so lucky to have an OH like that, I know it's pants doing nothing but he sounds fantastic. MW felt babies position today and asked if I was having back trouble, er yes! Bubs is lying back to back which accounts for stabbing pain in right side of back when I do anything. She said no scrubbing baths and stuff that means leaning over. OH was there but still moaning like hell about doing bathrooms, he thought once I gave up work he would get off everything. He said he has far too much to do, um, check out my ironing pile!
Group B Strep test in 4 weeks, looking forward to it, not! Apart from that all ok, baby not huge as I was worried, MW said that after 5 babies your body just adapts to pregnancy quicker and better, hence my size.
Gonna put hoover round, will do 2 levels now and a bit more later. If your OH doesn't mind Triggles I'll have a cuppa with one sugar in about 10mins, ta. XToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
