I printed off all of my £5 off No7 vouchers all at once, the acm hasn't refilled for me (or for any of the other vouchers I printed off either).
I got some more Ted Baker serums at £1.50 and 342 this morning, a few other men's products on clearance, but I noticed theres not nearly as much in the foot pampering aisle on clearance this week.
On the clearance stand there were a few of the stick-on nail sets at £1, lots of FCUK womens' deodorants at 60p each (light pink and dark pink), and the Sanctuary travel sets that folk were finding at £1.7x are finally on clearance here, but only at £3, and I'm so over those, so I left them.
No sign of any reduced toiletry bags, looks like I'm just not going to find any more of those.
Planning to go a-Bootsing tomorrow, hopefully will find some lovely clearance.0 -
I'm off to get 9 x Olay Face Wash things with my binnies. I called CS yesterday and basically I was told TOUGH! I think it's ever so sexist. What have men done wrong? We should be allowed to use the binnies on mens products too!
but unfair for gorgeous lads like you. The Olay Face Wash that you pay 86p after Voucher is ok,
but the Self Heating Exfoliating Wash is better. However you do pay a bit more for these, £1.86 ish.
Nevermind though, if you go and check out the mens skincare section, they have lots of lovely reduced items,
which will cost you a similar amount to that which you would spend if using a £5 off voucher,
ie: £1 or £2. Some items are as low as 50p.0 -
hiya
maybe a
glyco peel £17.00
highlighter powder £10.00
lipgloss £9.70or anything under the price of highlighter
glyco peel £17.00 * half price with voucher
highlighter powder £10.00 * free with voucher
lipgloss £9.70 *free 3 for 2
leaving £8. 50 to pay
Also, if you can get hold of a "£5 off No 7" voucher, if you do the above, but change the lipgloss for a No 7 item costing over £10, the till will still deduct the £10 for the highlights & take the £5 off for the 3rd item, usually leaving a balance of only £5-ish to pay - as far as I understand from previous posts.Originally Posted by molthedoll
suzi i have had 2 humiliating vouchers from the acm in macc and used one there and one at another store.
i also seem to be getting an abundance of 1/2 pric glycolic vouchers - i'll have no skin left at this rate!!
I only ever got 1 humiliating voucher, but got 3 glycolic peels - which are sitting in my purse, cos I can't see a cheap way of getting them in a 3-4-2 without it ending up around £13 & I can't justify that spend at the mo.Originally Posted by merdoom
couldn't find anything interesting on the shelves today but i did manage to womble 6 till spits from ss!
is anyone still getting the £5.00 off no7 from the acm? have been living in hope but i have never had one yet!!
am waiting to use the humiliating powder with it but if i am not going to find one ill just give up and use the glyco peel one.Originally Posted by balletshoes

The only thing of note that I got today was an old GWP (the Daisy purse with the mirror & brush) which was only £2 in Stockport. I was just wondering if they'd've gone through on the 3-4-2!? I never thought to try! And I picked up another Lip Plumper (see my previous post - I love it! It really worked on me!) along with some Slimfast, so I used a Binnie & gained a Binnie back.
Sorry for the long post! Hope everyone is having a fab Bank Holiday weekend & grabbing lots of bargains too!!
S xxEverything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:0 -
Ladies who've bought a Ped Egg in Boots recently - how much did they cost you? Its just that I thought they were priced around £10 instore, but the latest Boots health & beauty mag has them priced at £6.95 on page 45?
Theres also a really good tip in there too about using cream overnight on your feet - slather your cream on, then wrap your feet in clingfilm, then put your socks on.0 -
I paid just under £10 for my Ped Egg, something like £9.79, and it's possible they do cost less now. But I'm so glad I've got mine.
That's a good tip about cling film! Another tip about cling film, is if you lose the edge. Just pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours, and you can find the end easily!
I read this in a magazine, and when I first did it, my DH said "Blimey gel, you've 'ad some daft ideas in yer time, but you've excelled yerself now".
When DH removed the cling film and managed to find the edge immediately, he was very impressed!
Just to keep it Boots related, we bought the cling film from there!
I too would love to find a way of using a Glyco voucher, together with a Highlights one. Any ideas peeps?

Arrh, the bit i missed was NEW members.
So if you have already joined you are OK then.
Yes, that's right- although you may find that your discount won't work online (seems to be the case so far, at least) but you should still receive the 50% discount instore until the end of October.

I agree Mimi, [STRIKE]sometimes[/STRIKE] most of the time, the offers are a bit one sided, which is Ok for us ladies,
but unfair for gorgeous lads like you. The Olay Face Wash that you pay 86p after Voucher is ok,

Aww thanks JAZZTEDDY lovely. Didn't use any of the binnies, as all the cheap Olay Cream Wash things had gone, and I was so not paying more than £1 on top of binnie. So now I have 10 binnies! Oh joy. Ain't it funny how the cheapest item with a voucher mysteriously has an out of stock label? *** Saw loads of the men's skincare items on reduced, but most of these were the cheap and tacky Men's Expert things. I actually used the Men's Expert Shaving Oil the other day, and boy did it hurt! Word of warning, DON'T ever buy this product for your fellas, it's flamin' well hurts. Managed to get some King Of Shaves shave gel today with a KOS voucher, so it cost me a bargainlicious 65p. *** Was after some reduced sandwiches and milk today, but SA said they have had orders from Head Office not to reduce food items until the last half hour. What a shambles! Also, what are Boots doing about their meal deals? Way too expensive compared to Asda/Tesco where you get the same things for £2.00. So £2.00 x 6 is £12.00. At Boots, it's £3.00 x 5 (+ 6th one free) is £15.00. Not good eh? No wonder everyone seems to think Boots is expensive.0 -
I saw the ped eggs in Boots last week and they were definitely £9.xx - maybe they are on special offer this week/month if the new mag gives a lower price. I saw them in Asda and they had a super strength ped egg for men and a pink ped egg!!!!0

I'm a bit lost with that - how is the glyco free? Its a half price peel voucher.
I'm thinking the way that would work is
glyco full price £17.60
highlights powder £10.00
nail polish free on 342 as its the cheapest item.
Take off the highlights voucher so free highlights
Take off the half price peel voucher, so £8.80 to pay (a bit less with over 60's discount)
Isn't that the way that combo would work?0
