I'm thinking the way that would work is
glyco full price £17.60
highlights powder £10.00
nail polish free on 342 as its the cheapest item.
Take off the highlights voucher so free highlights
Take off the half price peel voucher, so £8.80 to pay (a bit less with over 60's discount)
Isn't that the way that combo would work?Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -
didnt find much at Edinburgh Gyle today. Could find much reduced on the shelves apart from Sanctuary sachets at 33p, some FCUK hair sculpt minis at £1.25 i think.
on clearance got some teeth whitening pens reduced to 88p
there was also a lot of disposable cameras! about 50 maybe that go out of date in June reduced to £4.50 i think
also some elizabeth arden cremes reduced, not too sure what they were but it was large bottles with green stuff. couldnt find the No7 reduced bit that they usually have?
so spent £2.80 altogether :-(0 -
I got 2 Time Delay skin treatment kits containing a glycolic peel thingy, toner and post-peel moisturiser reduced to £7.83 so £2.83 after voucher. There is a Time Delay Anti-Ageing Glycolic peel here & that one is £15.65, so to get it for £2.83 is a bargain! Was it on the SEL or were they on a clearance shelf?
S xxEverything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:0 -
went to the festival park store today in stoke, they had mens fcuk and hackett items reduced and on 3 for 2, not much left though, still no no7 voucher for me at the atm, nothing really on worth shouting about voucher wise.
went to the hanley store later got 2 no7 face foam and illuminating powder
foam £3.75
foam £3.75 free
powder £10.00 free

Theres also a really good tip in there too about using cream overnight on your feet - slather your cream on, then wrap your feet in clingfilm, then put your socks on.
Wow, I remember writing on these boards about 6 months ago recommending the cream and clingfilm. Now it's in the magazine. There must be a spy from Boots stealing my ideas lol .where's my wages Mr Boots?0 -
Yes, that's right- although you may find that your discount won't work online (seems to be the case so far, at least) but you should still receive the 50% discount instore until the end of October.

I bought some of the co-codamol tablets with the HC discount but she pointed out some different ones, still Boots own brand but different packaging and priced at £1.50, maybe these will be the new stock as the HC discount didn't work on them.0 -
Received my health club mailing this morning saying health club half price offers had been extended until October. Rang customer services as the list of half price offers is much smaller than it was and queried this, and why health club was changing to over 60's. Was told they had done surveys and it was mainly used by over 60's.
I told her the the majority of people who I knew who used the health club were young mums who bought the laundry products, and while they were in there buying these, they spent lots of money on other products. Also told her that if they had to pay the full price for these products they would probably buy an alternative at their local supermarket ie Fairy. She told me she would make a note of my comments and pass them on to the appropriate people. So if you're unhappy with losing your healthclub discount, get in touch and let them know. They may hopefully have a rethink.
thats a good idea thanks, I going to phone them, Im 47 and dh is 53 we both use ibuprofren and I get the 400mg ones from boots at half price they work cos they are stronger than just buying cheap ones which are only 200mg. We go through quite a few of these between the 2 of us too, so I wasnt happy when I found out about the changes to the health club.I luv freebies0 -

That's a good tip about cling film! Another tip about cling film, is if you lose the edge. Just pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours, and you can find the end easily!
I read this in a magazine, and when I first did it, my DH said "Blimey gel, you've 'ad some daft ideas in yer time, but you've excelled yerself now".
When DH removed the cling film and managed to find the edge immediately, he was very impressed!
Just to keep it Boots related, we bought the cling film from there!
I too would love to find a way of using a Glyco voucher, together with a Highlights one. Any ideas peeps?
xx
thanks for the tip about the cling film, the times Ive wrestled with the stuff trying to find in the end is unbelievable, Ive thrown rolls out because of this too, great tip:oI luv freebies0 -

Yes, that's the one! In a nice box it was, and there were 3 of them on the clearance shelf in Ramsgate. I nabbed 2 and the 3rd went to a nice lady 5 minutes later (who I told about the voucher - think she went off to stock up on toothpast to get one lol).
Wonder if they are discontinuing then? Keep an eye out on the clearance shelves then ladies if you are into peeling.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0
