Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

My vouchers arrived yesterday minus the 2,500 extra home insurance.

I too was assured that they would be added in time for the Feb mailing.

Again, I am dissapointed by Mr T's.

A phone call on Monday is in order.

Mine arrived less 2000 points on home shopping, I have been chasing them for ages on these and each time was promised they would be added just before the feb mailing.

Well they were not, have emailed CS with full details of each online order, date and voucher used and that was a week ago, just got standard email saying THEY ARE BUSY.

Finally got mine on Friday and even managed to sort out my missing 4500 points :T

Only problem is I can't wait for May's statement as it's already looking like it's going to be HUGE

In November last year I decided to opt for Airmiles and phoned Tesco and swappped it over. About a week later I changed my mind and phoned them up asking them to send me vouchers instead. " Its all done, you will get your vouchers in February."
Just got my Clubcard statement - brill , ive now got 2220 airmiles which i did not want. I wanted vouchers. They have c**&^$c&%%ed it up!!!. Can these be swapped back? Anyone else had the same problem?

I did think and thought that they may be a good idea. Thought again and swapped them back. Well I thought they had done. Silly of me to think that a large company like tesco would be able to complete this request. I think i will use Asda in future or do you think that this would be a bit hasty ?

Tesco will take them and credit you with the vouchers but not until next time round.
I did the same thing with the Goldsmith vouchers

You could choose to use Asda, but then you'll have neither airmiles nor vouchers. :rolleyes:

So I guess you are right, that would be a bit hasty too.

They seem to havew changed the system now anyway, in that they send the vouchers with an internet-able number on them so yo can now buy the deal you want - I just bought 10t,000 BA miles with mine so i can go to Paree next year - yeay!!

Love those BA miles - just flew back from Prague in Club for 20,000 + £20 tax - But I also use Airmiles as well - just depends which ones I'm running low on so I like this new idea.
