I to have been scammed by these fraudsters. A very abrasive woman from this "organisation" called me today informing me that I would be pursued for a years payments as I did'nt carry on after my "trial period". I have told her to bring it on and go to County Court. I was also told that I would be contacted after the two week trial I never was I gave notice by email and did not sign the welcome pack the wording of which I believe would not stand up in a British court. Any one welcome to email outfits like this need destroying like the vermin they are.0

Hi,
Can anyone help? I was contacted by Internet Perfection claiming to be Google Adwards. They offered me a two week trial for £10 after trying to sell me the earth. They were so pushy. I foolishly agreed to a one off payment of £10 with no contract, and they took £11.50 and then against my will £345. I have contacted my bank and police and my bank have returned my money.
However I recieved a phone call from them today demanding £600 to close my account (they couldn't take anymore money, as on the advice of police and bank I had cancelled my card). The woman was very agressive and refused to give her name. She told me if I did not pay immediatley then bailiffs would be sent around to collect 1000's of pounds.
I have tried to contact them but their number is unobtainable, and when they ring me their number is witheld. Does anyone know if they can send in the bailiffs to my home? It's very worrying.

It depends whether you have entered into a contract with this company? If you have, and then cancelled your card I think they are within there rights to recover the debt but if you havent I think you have nothing to worry about. Ask them for proof of an authorised contract.... did you sign anything? or e-sign anything.0

Hi, I have just been caught out by this con and no one seems to want to know! Bank, citizens advice, consumer direct, even trading standards could only advise me to write to them.
I have cancelled my card and tried contacting but the phones have been disconnected.
Could you tell me how you convinced the bank to refund you? Cheers0 -

Robert, to answer your question no they cannot action the bailiffs to visit your premises. Does anyone care to post a listing on Blagger.com as that is a more prominent site and will warn others of this company?0 -
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Believe the boss has done a runner and would suggest you all contact the police.0
