Internet Perfection

Has anyone got any advice?
They called us over 2 wks ago to advertise (internet) to do a 2 wk trail for £23.00, which we didn't want to do but they were very persistant and persuading. They said if we wanted to continue after the 2 wks would cost us about £250.
The bank have called today to say the company ave tried to take £115 from us today but as we don't have the funds there the fraud dept of the bank have called us.
We asked the bank not to let the payment go through (maestro pymt) but they've said we need to get in touch with the company. But as thought cannot get hold of them. Tried phoning, one line is dead and the other,to leave a message in 3 secs is impossible. I've e-mailed them but no reply. and their website are no longer running.
Can anyone advise where we stand with the money coming out and how we can stop it as its bank holiday weekend?

Don't worry! I had the same thing happen to me, I contacted the company by phone and they kindly explained that they had been attacked by a few virus's which is why thier site is down, To stop it spreading.
Apparently a few companies like this one have been infected
If you phone the company and explain what happened, They sort it all out and were really helpful.

Cancel your card!!!

I have had this prob where I didn't want my card being debited in the past and the only way of stopping is to get a new card!!! (a pain but better to be safe) Bank couldn't stop certain transactions

We have also had this problem, and would contact the company (Internet Perfection) by telephone, if we had their number.

Yea right...This outfit sounds as bent as a nine bob note and the OP was foolish to be persuaded to join their dodgy outfit.

This company is based in a small town call Barrow In Furness and are the lowest of the low.
David H Powell is the the big boss
and Nathan Robinson who had a business before working for david doing the same thing "Adwords" and is being investigated for fraud and a number of other things.
they trade under 3 company names
1 Internet perfection
2 adwords group
3 the search marketing company

there sites are not offline because of viruses, its because there designer left the company firstly because he was not getting paid and did not agree on what they were doing.
just like pssst said "bent as a nine bob note".
for the people that did fall for the scam i would have someone look in to the contract, now i'm not 100% about this but dose a contract not have to be approved by someone?
if so theres has not been.
like i say i don't know a lot about this.

1. Contact Streamline on 0800 01 01 66 to have your refunded back to you and cancel your card immediately! They will be keeping your card on file and may take money from it at any point in time.

2. uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090326031801AAecIUA - AdwordsGroup.co.uk is 100% NOT part of Google Adwords. If you get time then report them to Google google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreport have Google take them down.

3. The AdwordsGroup.co.uk website was not designed by SaffronB, it is fact a near identical copy of the WebProfits.com.au website, see link: webprofits.com.au/searchengineoptimisation.html, the content is the same and there are links all over the site.

Saffron please do not call other MSE members an Idiot or other insults, its against the rules and ethos of MSE. By all means have an discussion with each other but keep it clean.

Anonymous12 if you have made a mistake on this it would be nice if you could accept it and apologise to Saffron.

Otherwise Anonymous12 has given good advice in points 1 and 2, Saffron can you help other MSE members on recovering their money from Internet Perfection etc
