    Nope. That's for stopping certain sites leaving cookies, oddly enough, which is not what the OP's after.

    Sorry to invade the conversation! But I have treid to block facebook (!!!) by going into control panel, privacy, sites, and then adding facebook to blocked sites....but it still lets me in!!! Why is it still letting me sign into it, if i have blocked the site?
