    Thank you so much for your response. Do you know how these will affect credit rating? will there be years of inability to obtain any kind of credit / overdraft facility again do you know?

    More often than not, people going for a DRO are already in bad states with their credit reference files anyway! Everything that goes on to a credit report stays for 6 years!

    If you already have defaults and such then this isn't going to worsen your situation as they affect your credit rating anyway!
