Can someone tell me what a certificate of posting looks like? I asked for one when I posted something recently. The lady just gave me a printed receipt. It didn't contain any details of where the item was posted to, just the weight and cost of the postage. Can I use this to make claim?0

Yes that will do when completing a claim. There is a bit about two thirds down where your write the building number and postcode in, sometimes they do it for you and sometimes they don't.0
