SM - worried about you, please get yourself checked as for reason for your dizzy spell.
Hopefully you are feeling better and please just take it easy! If you won't I will drive there to sit on you!

Lillian, well done!!!
I got kicked out from work after two hours. No, actually I finished all my tasks so they let me go. I am going to tackle my to do list as still some things from Sunday that haven't been done.
So today:
- Scratchies
- Curly quizzes
- Cash back bingo (tenner yesterday - woohoo)
- Breakfast home (lets not talk about the posh coffee and chocolate bar that I bought on the way to work)
- Fruit snack and HM salad taken to work (both which I ended eating after getting back home)
- See to all the animals
- Post all the stuff that I didn't manage yesterday
- Find out about interest rates for DD's CTF account
- Continue working on my spreadsheets
- Check if I have finally money to pay rent and if not do part payment and let LL know and apologise - relief, rent is now paid
- Send no reply to RD competition, (costs nothing and you never know)
- Make menu plan for next 10 days as I am off from work because DD's nursery is going to be closed. I hope DD will eat soup
.
- Submit this week's hours"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Ha _ I've just had a letter from the hospital to say they've had to cancel my scan, no reason why....and the line that says 'please ring to rebook an appointment' - they've crossed out!!!
So, I was straight on the phone to them, but no answer:mad: Honestly, I give up with them all....if I didn't feel a bit better on the steroids I think I'd have burst into tears....does no-one want me to get better??!!!
Argghhhhhh...sorry just had to let it out!!;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Since contacting CCCS this week to discuss my spiralling credit card and overdraft debt, I have now worked out the following:
- a BUDGET! This is the first time I have really sat down to examine my outgoings in such detail. I am shocked at discovering the actual amounts I have been spending on FOOD - lunches, going out for dinners, etc etc..
I am now going to stick to a budget and bring lunch (most days)
- I talked to T-Mobile about my phone bill which comes to around £50 a month - way too much, I managed to get them to put me on a tariff of £15 a month
Also cut out any extras like paying to have email/web on my Blackberry. No point if I can use the net at home!
- I opened a new current account with Alliance & Leicester to use as a CLEAN SLATE to get my wages paid in to. This way I will have more control over paying off my overdraft and credit card.
- I have all credit card debt on ONE card with a 0% interest rate until July. Will move it again towards the end of the zero interest period.
- I quit my gym membership after realizing it was money down the drain, as I go on average of ZERO times a month! I have a collection of great exercise DVDs and am learning more about yoga and other exercises I can do at home! MUCH cheaper!! Some videos are also more effective then gym machines as the movements are more intricate giving you a hotter bod!
- I called my broadband provider and managed to negotiate £5 off my monthly bill!! Delighted by this!
- Resisting the need to spend impulsively.. even though I work in Oxford Street surrounded by nice things!
- I am considering taking on a second job...started looking today and will ring about some ads tomorrow
- Agreed to work overtime over Easter for double pay
- I feel better already!
:) This site is helping so much. I think it has actually saved my life lol.
** The credit crunch has been a good thing for me as I am finally learning my lessons in how to scrimp and save on ALL areas in my personal finances. Good luck all and talk to your creditors you will find companies can be more sympathetic then you expected!!Achievements:

Milly,
After you have had some tea and biscuits (or something else sweet) call the hospital and also your GP surgery. Surely steroids should be very temporary solution. Thinking of you!!!
