Pathetic service, incompetent staff. Whatever you do never order through the online system they got. I received my part of the order and half of the items were the wrong items. In order to receive that part of my order i had to contact trading standards!!!!!
All you will get from those imbeciles is lies and pathetic service stay well clear from this company!!!!!!
I am still waiting for a refund 35 days later they are braking the law and not following the directions of the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000). This company are fraudsters.0 -

I have to make a chargeback claim to get my money back and had to involve trading standards what more details you want?
Hopefully this post will help others not to take the chance and order like i did and pay the price later.
All you will get from this company is a huge delay lies and excuses. They will even accuse you for their faults.

Never never use this useless company website!! I wont' bore people with the details but they have taken over 2 months now to refund me!! Telephoned them nearly every day for 2 months to get this sorted, no one ever rings you back, they never answer emails there website displays a number that's not recognised, !! Avoid like the plague unless you dont' mind them taking your money for recieving nothing in return!!!0

3 weeks ago purchased an item from this site due to the cheap price, looked reasonable and item wasn't marked as out of stock.
So after a few days was a bit concerned that although payment by card had cleared, the item still hadn't been marked as dispatched. over the coming days I made numerous attempts to contact them to try and cancel my order and get a refund.
A week following my order I was given automated support tickets by email for my enquiries. 2 weeks passed and still no communication, still no delivery, still no indication of dispatch, and still no refund.
So I've now contacted my bank and raised a dispute of this payment. This website is beyond a joke...

I'm sure, however, that ExoticDancewear.co.uk is aware of The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which makes it a criminal offence to "falsely represent oneself as a consumer."0 -
AVOID these two companies. To cut a two year long story short... they owe me over £350. They never answer or return calls and never email back either. Am so very very angry. Want my money back.:mad:0
