Tiscali "customer service" really is awful. A friend of mine moved house, Tiscali said they couldn't provide broadband service there, but still charged him his monthly fee till the contract ended.
I seem to be stuck with them as apparently they don't issue MAC codes so if I were to cancel I'd be without the Internet for a few weeks, which is NOT an option!!! Funnily enough I seem to get a pretty good service out of them... except when something goes wrong and I have to contact customer services :-(0 -

Tiscali do issue MAC, they started issuing them last year, got mine and away I went, very happy now. All you do is call their cancellation dept and ask for a MAC. They sent mine by email the next day.
