Cheapest will be a scrap yard. But do you want to take that chance?
But I buy from mytyres or blackcircles.:-

The older I get the more I am willing to pay for decent tyres
PS Don't skimp on tyres!!0 -
Blackcircles, etyres and mytyres are all good. Maybe ask you local fitter to price match them?
But please don't skimp too much - they are the piece of the car that keeps you safe on the road

Straight through the wall and down the grass bank into the river, with those cheap tyres.0 -
There are some more sites listed here.
As has been mentioned already, cheap tyres may save you some cash now but it's not going to be much of a saving if you have poorer grip as a result and have an RTA.
It's a mystery to me why people buy budget brands when even premium brands cost pennies compared to the cost of filling your tank over the lifespan of the tyres.0 -
Please dont buy cheap and nasty tyres, get cheap decent brand tyres like Avon, Bridgestone, Dunlop...
Blackcircles or mytyres are good sitesJames0 -
