Hi, My daughter has been without internet access since dinnertime saturday, she is with AOL. Does any one know anyone that is with AOL in the Romford Harold Hill area?.. She has rang up several times to be told there is a problem at the exchange, major fault at the exchange and now maintenance at the exchange.. Could it take this long? Her exchange is INGREBOURNE.

I have heard tat there has been a problem in the Ilford area re: Olympic works have breached a BT Tunnel (which carries broadband lines) which is causing a problem affecting the whole South Essex Area. Get back on to AOL who should be able to tell you more. I'm not a techie so can't give a better explanation sorry.Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0
