Got my letter today " this offer was subject to availabilty, and due to enormous response to this particular offer, the limited stocks of this producat were exhausted before we received you order"

I applied on the 28th of Feb.

" Conde Nast publications are pleased to have extended your subscription for two extra issues as a gesture of goodwill" - i don't care!

As I paid using a credit card its too late to cancel my subs but if i could i would.

Bobsa1 - are you sure you actually got an e-mail becuse i didn't so i've assumed my sub didn't go through.

No more subs for me I won't be falling for this again.

Either use your online banking facility to simply cancel the DD from your account (once this is done, they can't take any more money) OR call your telephone banking/go into a Branch and ask the Bank to cancel the DD. If you want to be courteous, e.mail Red and tell them. If like me you are massively peeved about lack of gift, then don't!

Yeah I got the same letter too... I have every intention of writing them and asking for a refund

Have now e-mialed them to cancel my subscription and refund me any money already taken. The E-mail address on the website for subscriptions is glamour@subscription.co.uk and you need to quote your subscription number

Hope it helps others wanting to cancel!

Thanks re the glamour e-mail. I have e-mailed too asking for a refund. Doubt I will get it but as my letter said that basically they had run out even before they received my application Im annoyed that they still took the money.

Thanks for the comments i will try the e-mail link and think i'll follow katiekins line i.e. you took money when you knew you had no more supplies.
