Check your statement and see if money was taken out of your account. If it was, reply to them stating as such and that you would like the gift you signed up for. Unless a limited gift allocation was stated (e.g first 500 subscriptions) they are breaking their side of the contract.

this offer comes up every 3 months or so...which is handy as when one trial ends, you cancel, they send you the same offer in the mail and a couple of issues later you're signed up for another 3 months. Had a year for £3.97 now. (Just be sure to log in and mark the 'next payment' date on your calendar, it tends to fall slightly ahead of the full 13 issues.)

I expect they do this offer to keep their circulation figures up, thus enabling greater rate card rates for their advertising.

Incidentally, the promo link for last septembers 99p offer was still up and running last time i looked. Same as above, but with Sept05 at the end. Spot the pattern?
