Hi All! I'm pretty new to posting, but have been reading your hints and tips for a while and signed up for the glamour mag with perfume offer... didn't get mine either... so I just wanted you all to know that I am joining in the consumer revenge as well! Sent them a snotty email about the many disappointed customers they must have and told them that I thought two extra issues was not adequate compensation!!! Let them stick that in their pipe!

Keep it up guys! It's inspiring to know that I'm not a mentalist for expecting quality service and decent treatment as a consumer!

Here here!! I'm very cheesed off that I won't get the perfume either. Got the letter yesterday. Even though I had emailed them about 2 weeks ago and they stated my perfume was on it's way..... ruddy Glamour.......

I can't help thinking that all this complaining is a bit mean when all you want to do is get the freebie then cancel - what about all the people who really want the magazine and don't get the freebies? If you manage to get the gift great, if not you can always try again later, no need to give the magazine such a hard time!
