Switching calls from Sky to BT

I dont rate Sky's Call centres either.They are good for tv (especially the words "package upgrade") but were not very clued up on the phone package side of things the last time i tried to talk to someone.I would be worried if you have a problem with your phone line, it would take ages to sort out.......Neil

I would disagree with you there! If you can get through to a UK call centre, they are pretty good, but if you get an overseas call centre you might as well hang up and redial...

Hi I'm new to this site so please go easy BUT has anyone had problems changing from Sky Talk to BT ? ( Phone Calls Only)


I thought it had all gone through to find that after 1 month Sky transferred my phone calls back to them, can they do that without permission ?


Although I have contacted Sky nothing has been sorted out reference the billing from Sky Talk for the 2 months they transferred me back without any authorisation.:eek:


I now have no other items from sky and have all bt services.
