    Sorry Len I didn't answer your question yesterday..... I had an enlargement if I had anything taken away I would have looked even more like a boy! lol
    I too love beetroot yum yum...................

    I just had beetroot, salad and ham wrap and my god it was delicious :)

    Off to the allotment once DD has finished her lunch then hoping to get a little run in later

    did you never have mums special salad when you were growing up.... all the good things... boiled ham, tomatoes, spring onion, beetroot, boiled egg, cheese, pineapple and salad cream!!

    not a bit of rocket or fancy gubbings! just a good ole fashioned 1980's salad!
