    Morning all. Not much happening for me today. Back up the line tomorrow which is nice. Hey Sall hopefully the break will have done you some good. Oh yeah, Ive gotta go for a run today as I have my fitness test tomorrow so one last chance to blow out any of the cobwebs :)

    I am here because i have a bit of time to myself so thought i would have a mooch. Hate it when the teenagers try to hog the computer, coz they have an important date with MSN, Myspace and facebook.

    Me? i am now getting the look of DD as she has a burning message to tell her mate, who just happens to live around the corner.
